Victor Salva’s final chapter in the Creeper series suffers from ‘sequel-itis’ (a deadly disease in overdone movie sequels). The good elements from the first two films are now substituted with weak SPFX and incoherent plot. This is a direct sequel to the first film, and ends before the second film begins… and ends with a setup to a forth modern day fight to kill The Creeper.
Stan Shaw and Meg Foster are good actors and make it a better film. Jonathan Breck is back in fine form as our Creeper. Bad-ass gargoyle with a trash truck from hell. Salva needed to make a better film. This is just a weak try. Better try much harder.
